About Us

Vintage Chevrolet Archives is an Internet resource provided to the Chevrolet enthusiast to promote the preservation and restoration of Chevrolet cars and trucks for all years 1911-1976. These automobiles provide a topic of rich history and are the focus of this online resource. It is the hope of Vintage Chevrolet Archives that we provide an accurate and comprehensive review of the Chevrolet product line and are able to provide our visitors with the most complete collection of information available online.

Vintage Chevrolet Archives is a private group who's mission is to maximize the recognition of vintage automobile collecting and to promote the appreciation and preservation of the Chevrolet, it's history, and the stories that make this the most satisfying hobby we know. Based in Indiana, Vintage Chevrolet Archive is chaired by James Burnes, a third generation member of the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America.

The VCCA is an international non-profit organization who also promotes the restoration and preservation of Chevrolet automobiles. Vintage Chevrolet Archives and the VCCA are not partners; though the efforts of each are complimentary in many ways. Vintage Chevrolet Archive highly encourages visitors of our web site to join the VCCA and participate in the fellowship, high quality tours and events, and expertise the VCCA is known around the globe for.)

The Vintage Chevrolet Archivesis a living, growing Internet site whose growth relies upon the contributions and interests of Chevrolet enthusiasts everywhere.
