9:50 - 10:35 a.m. Seminar - The Mighty Stovebolt 6 (St. Mary's 2 Ballroom)

10:40 - 11:25 a.m. Seminar - The "Modern" V-8 (Maumee Ballroom)

11:30 a.m. First bus leaves for Bonnets & Bowtie luncheon (meet along Marquis Drive outside Marquis Ballroom)

Noon Final bus leaves for Bonnets & Bowtie luncheon (meet along Marquis Drive outside Marquis Ballroom)

12:15 p.m. Bonnets and Bowtie Luncheon at Fort Wayne History Center (transportation provided) 4

Friday, July 15

7:30 - 8:30 a.m. Judge's breakfast (Arby's restaurant, South end of hotel parking lot) 4

8 a.m. Judging field opens

9 a.m.- 10 a.m. Registration (Old Fort Ballroom)

9:15 - 9:45 a.m. Field entrance check and photo

10:15 a.m. All cars on judging field and judging commences (Parking lot and grassy field on west end of hotel) All judges and runners report to Chief Judge's tent.

4 p.m. Field released (by Chief Judge)

5:30 p.m. Cookout at Shoaff park tour (Line up along Marquis Drive to depart with the group at 5:30 or leave on your own) 4 ä

6:00 p.m. An evening at Shoaff Park (see map below).

Saturday, July 16

8:45 a.m. Plaque Tour Corral and line up (Line up along Marquis Drive)

9 a.m. Group 1 departure

9:15 a.m. Group 2 departure

4:00 p.m. Area 7 board meeting (all directors of Regions requested to attend along with all national board members). Open to all members. (Old Fort Boardroom)

6 - 6:45 p.m. Cocktail and happy hour. A cash bar is available in the lobby. (St. Joe Ballroom)

6:45 p.m. Awards banquet dinner is served (St. Joe Ballroom)

7:40 p.m. Awards presentation (St. Joe Ballroom)
